a little place called Beatenberg

Nick's employer held their annual planning meeting at a small mountain hotel near Interlaken. The days were split between time on the slopes and physics talks, with lots of wine to fill in the gaps.

I took this video for my nephew to see the inner workings of the gondola.

While the guys went skiing/snowboarding one morning, I went sledding instead. It wasn't nearly as fun as my first time at Rigi, but the day was gorgeous - warm and sunny with spectacular views.
